Refund and Return Policy
At Clean It Off, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the process of returns and refunds as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale”
- Opened or partially used cleaning products
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@cleanitoff.com or call us at 1-800-CLEAN-IT. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending your item(s) back to us.
- Ship Your Return: Package your item(s) securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the return to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to support@cleanitoff.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, including covering shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at support@cleanitoff.com or 1-800-CLEAN-IT. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return once received.
